Return Policy

Returns must be opened within 14 days of receiving an order. 

Items to be returned should be packed accordingly i.e. glassware should contain bubble wrap. Boxes must be sealed with tape and if items are not returned in original packaging then packaging should be able to hold item properly.

Customers can choose between a full refund or the equivalent amount in store credit.

Before requesting a return we would appreciate if customers could email us first as we might be able to solve the problem beforehand.
